This may give you a bundle that relies on Support files that are newer than the ones in the released version! To fix:

cd /Library/Application\ Support/TextMate svn co http://macromates.com/svn/Bundles/trunk/Support

TextMate is smart enough to pick the most up-to-date version of the Support files, so no need to worry about upgrading. Find more info on this stuff in the TextMate help (5.7 Getting More Bundles)
